Currently, Mekocons Joint Stock Company is in collaboration with Duc Thien Long An Steel Factory to produce steel structures with a team of 40 employees, including 35 directly involved in production and 5 responsible for project management.

The workforce at the factory is divided into departments for cutting, welding, drilling, assembly, and cleaning. Each department is closely supervised by production team leaders.

Design Estimation

All factory workers are equipped with necessary safety gear, including helmets, protective clothing, and safety shoes, in accordance with labor safety regulations for mechanical manufacturing.

Regular maintenance and inspection of machinery and equipment are carried out rigorously.

Additionally, depending on the requirements of specialized workgroups such as cutting, welding, drilling, painting, etc., workers are provided with additional protective gear, such as sunglasses, specially designed glasses for female welders, eye protection for workers exposed to friction and cleaning of components, and masks for spray painters.

Production Capacity of the Factory

With a production capacity of 700 tons per month, the factory’s maximum capacity can reach 1,000 tons per month.

The total area of 15,000m2 within the premises, of which the production area occupies around 10,000m2, is scientifically arranged. Offices, parking lots, and warehouses are separated from the main production areas to ensure convenience.

All departments, sections, and production stages are well-organized to maintain synchronized and continuous monitoring 24/7 by security personnel.

Shot blasting is conducted according to SA 2.0 or SA 2.5 standards as per customer requirements. After blasting, a layer of paint is applied as soon as possible to ensure good paint adhesion to the steel components’ surface and to prevent dust accumulation.

Technical drawings, construction drawings, and inspection documents are created and monitored throughout the production process. After completion, all production documents are stored and labeled with customer codes for convenient management and inspection. All production activities are carried out by engineers based on drawings and design standards, ensuring strict quality control.
